General terms and conditions




1/ Booking


1.1 By making a reservation on our website, you accept these general terms and conditions of sale


1.2 To make a reservation, please provide us with accurate and complete information, such as your personal details, the desired dates of stay, the number of occupants, etc. We will contact you as soon as possible


1.3 Reservations are only confirmed once we have received confirmation of your booking and payment details. If you do not receive this email, please contact us on 0648793931/ [email protected].)


1.4 No part of this holiday may be made available to third parties, whether natural persons or legal entities, without the written agreement of the accommodation provider. Any breach of this condition may result in the immediate cancellation of the rental to the detriment of the customer, with the proceeds of the rental remaining the property of the accommodation provider.


1.5 If the stay is cut short, the rental price remains the property of the accommodation provider, and no refund will be made



2/ Arrival policy


The room is available from 3:00 pm, except in the case of early check-in.



If the customer does not show up within 24 hours of the arrival date indicated, the present contract becomes null and void and the accommodation provider may dispose of the rental. The payment previously made for the rental remains the property of the accommodation provider.



3/Departure policy


The room must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. at the latest, except in the case of late departure (additional charges may apply).



This stay is concluded for a fixed period and the traveler may not, under any circumstances, claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of his stay



4/ Rates and payment


4.1 Payment for the stay must be made in accordance with the terms and conditions indicated at the time of booking, such as the total amount, any service charges and the applicable cancellation conditions.


Cancellation and modification conditions vary according to the type of booking and rates selected


4.1.1: STANDARD RATES* All bookings must be guaranteed by a credit card valid on the date the stay begins.


* A deposit of 50% of the total amount will be taken at the time of booking.


* The balance, 50% of the total amount, will be taken 30 days before your arrival.


* A deposit of 900€ will be blocked on your credit card on the day of arrival.


⇒ Modifications For any modification concerning the number of people, or the dates of stay, contact us directly, we will try to satisfy you according to our availabilities


.⇒ Cancellation: No cancellation fees apply up to 60 days before arrival. After 30 days before arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be due


Cancellations made 60 days prior to this date will result in reimbursement of the payment made at the time of booking


4.1.2: NON-CANCELLABLE RATES* All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card valid on the date of arrival


100% of the amount will be debited at the time of booking


a deposit of 900€ will be blocked on your credit card on the day of your arrival


⇒ Changes: No changes are possible for this rate


⇒ Cancellation: Any cancellation on your part will incur a cancellation fee, to be paid in full by the traveler, with no possibility of reimbursement. Cancellation fees correspond to the total amount of the reservation


4.2 Additional charges, such as local taxes, service charges or security deposits, may apply. These will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.



5/ Passenger responsibilities


5.1 Travelers are expected to respect the rules and policies of the establishment during their stay. (Non-smoking accommodation, no pets, no partying, respect for neighbors...)


5.2 Travelers are responsible for the cleanliness and condition of their accommodations during their stay. Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the traveler


5.3 Travelers are responsible for the security of their personal belongings. The establishment declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or damage.


5.4 Water and electricity charges are included in the rental price for normal use. In the event of abnormal use, charges may be billed to the tenant



6/ Responsibilities of the establishment


6.1 We are committed to providing a quality service and making your stay enjoyable. However, we cannot be held responsible for disruptions or incidents beyond our control


6.2 In the event of any problem or complaint during your stay, please inform us immediately so that we can take the appropriate measures to remedy the situation.
